Events of birthplace museum
You will get to see many events in this museum. Special events are organized here on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter and Thanksgiving Day. Every year on the birthday of John Wayne, a huge celebration and dedication ceremony is organized here which looks quite grand. Come here each weekend to enjoy a free screening of the movie Mack Lintock, a pancake breakfast, a 5-K run, and dinner.

The museum displays some of its collection throughout the year. In John Wayne you can watch free movies where special guests like Aisha Wayne and Christopher Mitchum, music superstars Marty Stuart and his Fabulous Superlatives arrive. The main attraction is the Plaza of the Museum where you will find a bronze statue of $ 175,000 which will fill your mind with wonder.

Plan to visit:-John Wayne’s birthplace and museum is open to visitors seven days a week. It opens every day from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and in winters its timing is from 10:00 am to 4 pm. Be sure to visit this museum which is full of exciting things to do with your kids, family and friends. The entry fee is free for children under 7 years old, $10 for those from 8:00 to 12:00, $20 for adults and $17 for seniors, and $19 for seniors.
